Happy Post Thanksgiving!

I have to say I didn't overdo it this year (Must be a subconscious thing, knowing I have to be in a bathing suit in less than a month).

I wound up cooking two dishes this year - mac and cheese (in muffin tins so everyone has the same amount of crunchy/cheesy goodness) and peeled brussel sprouts cooked in bacon grease and onions - A labor of love as peeling anything that small is not exactly fun (Evan was a good sous chef though!)

Mom whipped up the usual - stuffing, spinach balls, corn bread, sweet potato pie...and dad added some seasoned and grilled Venison this year (caught just a few days beforehand). Not a bad lookin' spread!
