Dog Days Of Winter

Vanessa and I trekked through the dregs of midtown-west to attend the American Kennel Club's Meet the Breeds Dog show at the Javits center this sunday.  The show provided attendees the opportunity to meet hundreds of different dog breeds from A-Z...or actually A-Y (Afghan Hound to Yorkshire Terrier).

Aside from the throngs of puppy cuddle-seeking masses and aggressive dSLR-toting photographers, the show was feel-good fantastic.

2 Key takeaways from the show: 1) If you don't love dogs...seriously, what the hell is wrong with you?!?

Truly amazing - each one fantastic in their own way. Don't tell anyone, but sometimes I think I like dogs more than people :)

Our favs besides the French Bulldog: Cane Corso, anything named mastiff and the Giant Schnauzer

Now the hard part...resisting another friend for our perfect little French Bulldog meatball, Stella.
